Creation of the CQTNC

An economic interest grouping called CQTNC has been created by the union of the Region of Eastern France with four leading companies from Quebec in digital transformation and cybersecurity for the economic revival in Eastern France. 

Promoting innovation and the recovery of French companies 

After 20 years of partnership between Quebec and France, this agreement materializes the desire of Eastern France to rely on Quebec expertise. This agreement follows on from the joint letter of intent of 30 June 2020 in which the Region set out its plan for local economic recovery by means of an elaborate digital strategy. 

The four members of the CQTNC have thus joined forces to pool their strengths and know-how in order to offer tailor-made technological solutions for businesses in Eastern France. The CQTNC connects French SMEs and industrial groups with Quebec firms that are experts in the field of digital transformation and cybersecurity. It promotes the skills of each of its members.
