What was the company’s need in terms of development and establishment in France? 

HYS Mould has state-of-the-art expertise in the field of plastic injection for the design and production of moulds of all sizes. The group has been growing rapidly since its inception in 1995, and has several subsidiaries in China. However, any company that grows must internationalize: aware of our skills, we had to convince foreign customers after the Chinese market. As these are mainly in Europe, it was therefore necessary to get closer to them.

Why did you choose Eastern France to set up your technical centre? 

This choice of location meets many of our expectations.

Geographical proximity to our clients was a priority, and Eastern France came naturally as it is at the crossroads of Europe. We work for large international groups, whose decision-making centres are in France, Germany. . . having a presence in an area close to the borders of Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg is an undeniable asset.

On the other hand, logistics are smooth and easy in the region, which allows our deliveries to be made within 24 hours if necessary, up to 48 hours. Finally, our technicians can quickly reach our customers’ sites in case of emergency, adjustment or troubleshooting.

Has the region met your expectations?

We were extremely well received, helped and supported. The Faulquemont Urban District, through the very rapid construction of a building, greatly facilitated the establishment of the company and thus enabled it to quickly start its activities. We find in the region the know-how we need in our field, and real confidence. If we have any questions or needs, we always have a team at our disposal to offer several solutions. And we know that tomorrow, when we have new plans, she will be with us.
